Lakeview Rooms
All Lakeview rooms feature a sliding glass door that leads to either an individual balcony or patio. From this vantage, the breathtaking views of Lake George and the Adirondacks are yours to enjoy! These units all have either one king or two queen beds, a small fridge, and a flat screen tv and are primarily located in the two-story building (building A) perched atop the Great Lawn.
Garden View Rooms
Large rooms with two queen beds and partial lake views. These rooms are all located in building B, which is equidistant from the lakefront and the pool. All units are equipped with a flat-screen tv and mini fridge, while some feature kitchenettes, including a sink, microwave, and toaster.
Brookside Rooms
Across from the babbling brook and only steps from the lakefront, these spacious rooms offer two queen beds and have the option to connect to neighboring rooms. Perfect for families or groups who wish to have privacy, but also easy access to the rest of their party. All units are equipped with a flat screen tv and a mini fridge.
One Bedroom Lakeview Suites & Family Suites
Newly renovated, large one-bedroom, corner lakeview suites feature two sliding glass doors to individual balconies or patios. Sitting atop our great lawn, the views from the bedroom and living room are unmatched. With either two queens or one king bed, these luxurious suites offer a full kitchen, dining area, and living room (with a sleeper-sectional sofa), making them perfect for longer stays.
Newly renovated, the garden-view family suites are spacious and comfortable. These two-room units offer separate sleeping quarters with two queen beds and a third queen bed in the main room or studio. Family suites are equipped with two flat-screen TVs, a kitchenette (full fridge), a living room, and a dining area – perfect for families or parties of up to six.

Check-in is 3pm & check-out is 11am
Peak Summer Season (Last Weekend of June – Labor Day)
4-night minimum for Lakeview rooms (building A)
3-night minimum for Garden View & Brookside rooms (building B)
Spring & Fall (May-June & September-October)
2-night minimum on Weekends
One-nights deposit is required on all reservations upon booking. Two-nights deposit is required for all stays that exceed 5 nights.
Balance of payment is due & payable upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Refund of deposit, less 10% service charge, for cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations within 30 days of check-in, no refund will be made.
Guests are responsible for the entire period reserved regardless of arrival or departure date. Refund cannot be made for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.
The use of our facilities is limited to you, our registered guests. In fairness to everyone, please do not invite visitors to the resort.
Rates are based on double occupancy. Extra person charge: Adults $25/night & Children $15/night. Rooms have a maximum occupancy of 4 people. Our Family Suites accommodate up to 6 people.
Dock Rentals
Peak Summer Season – Boats 21’ and under $40/night | Boats 22’ and over $50/night
Spring & Fall – $20/day.
We have a no pets policy. Proof of appropriate documentation for licensed service animals must be presented prior to booking.
