 All units are tastefully furnished and carpeted with full baths, cable TV, telephone including message and wake up service, controlled heat and air conditioning and much more. There is no cooking permitted in our rooms.

Building A - All Lake Views These rooms are located in 2 story building and feature breathtaking views of Lake George and the Adirondack Mountains. All rooms have a large window facing the pool area and a full glass patio door to your individual balcony or patio from which the beauty and serenity of our lake are yours. Rates based on single or double occupancy. Extra person charge: Adults $30/night and Children        $16/night Most rooms have maximum occupancy of 4 people. Our 2 room units can accommodate
       up to 6 people.

Building B - Brookside Building This building is equidistant from the lakefront and pool. The end rooms have spectacular views of Lake George and the Adirondack mountains. All the other rooms have garden views or views of Bolton Brook. Some rooms are connecting each with two queen sized beds. Maximum occupancy is four guests.

Rates based on double occupancy. Extra person charge: Adults $30/night and Children $15/night. Rooms have maximum occupancy of 4 people. Our double units accommodate 6 people.

Dock Space: under 23' $35/night, over 23' $50/night in summer - Off-season dock rental (Spring and Fall) is $20 per day.

A deposit is required on all reservations.

Balance of payment is due & payable upon arrival.

Refund of deposit, less 10% service charge, for cancellations 15 days prior to arrival date. For cancellations within 15 days of check -in, no refund will be made.

Guests are responsible for the entire period reserved regardless of arrival or departure date. Refunds cannot be made for late arrivals, early departures or no-shows.

Sorry, no pets. Documentation required for service dogs only

Check in time is 3 PM, check out time is 11 AM.

The use of our facilities is limited to you, our registered guests. In fairness to everyone, please do not invite visitors to the resort.

Remember to bring beach towels if you are planning swimming or boating activities.
